When we tried to do the inroom checkout that was not available. Room was very dark even with the lighting. The room had no view, we looked at the back of their sign. They did bring up clean towels about 45 mininutes after my call. If that is now their poilcy we were not informed at checkin. I asked when they started that policy since we never had to do that before. I called housekeeping and was asked if I had called housekeeping to let them know we were leaving and needed the room serviced room. We came back after being out all day to an unmade bed and no clean towels. We stayed 2 nights and it was NOT a comped room. We've stayed there many times and enjoyed it, not so enjoyable this time.
